Your Election Day Checklist
Here are 5 ways to make the biggest impact possible on November 6th.
We’re 4 days out from the election. It might be the most important one in our lifetime. The decisions that Ohioans will make at the voting booth in less than a week will set the course for the next decade. The issues that matter the most — health care, education and fair elections — are all on the ballot. If there was ever a time, to make sure your voice was heard or to get involved, it’s now.
Make sure you’re prepared — make a plan for November 6th. We made a checklist to help.
1. Vote right now
Why wait till Election Day? Early voting is open. Take a friend — heck, take 5 friends! It’s easy, it’s quick, and it ensures that your vote is already counted if anything were to happen on Election Day. Go to your local early vote center and cast a ballot right now.

2. Volunteer
“Well now that I’ve voted what should I do on Election Day?” you might ask. Easy — volunteer! Get out the vote efforts will be running all the way through Election Day. We need people to help make sure everyone’s voice is heard. Right now the polls are still tied across the board. This election will come down to just a handful of votes. Whoever makes more calls, knocks more doors and turns out more voters will ultimately win the day.

3. Bring a friend to the polls!
It can be hard to make time to vote out of a busy schedule. Have a friend or family member who need a nudge to the polls? A first-time voter? Motivate them to get out and make their voice heard! As Sherrod says, find 5 people you know and stay on them until they VOTE!
4. Get out the vote from home
Make calls and help turn Ohio blue from the comfort of your own home! Sign up for a shift with our online phone bank. With only days left, we have to do everything possible to get the word out. It’s quick, it’s easy and it’s effective. Don’t sit this one out.
