The sprint to Election Day continues in Steubenville and Martins Ferry

That’s why today we embarked on the long drive to Eastern Ohio for two important press conferences with Democrats who know how important it is to fight for #PeopleFirst policies.
Stop one — we held a press conference outside historic Fort Steuben in Steubenville with Rep. Jack Cera and candidate for Court of Common Pleas Judge David D’Apolito.
And then it was off to Martins Ferry, where we got an extra warm welcome from Belmont County Democrats — complete with an excited crowd and signs!
We were excited to join Rep. Cera, plus Congressional candidate in OH-6 Shawna Roberts and judicial candidate Joe Vavra. A big topic of conversation throughout the day was the importance of restoring local government funds so communities like these in Eastern Ohio can thrive.
